Once we have received your order we will make every effort to despatch your party goods in sufficient time for your party. If we feel we can not reliably do this with the Delivery Service you have chosen we will contact you and tell you. To allow us to make this undertaking it is most important you inform us of the date of your party when you place your order online.

Delivery to UK Addresses

Choose from three delivery services:

Standard Delivery (£4.50)

Providing your party goods are in stock they will normally be packed the working day after we receive your order and despatched to arrive with you up to 5 working days later. However orders placed on the website on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day, to arrive with you up to 5 working days later.

Three Day Delivery (£6.50)

Providing your party goods are in stock they will normally be packed the working day after we receive your order and despatched by Parcelforce 48 hr to arrive with you two to three working days later. However orders placed on our website on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day, to arrive with you up to three working days later. NB - A signature is normally required for this service.

Express Delivery (£7.50)

Provided you order before 14.00 and your goods are in stock, your parcel will be packed and sent the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery, Business Post or Parcelforce 24hr to arrive with you by 17.00 the next working day. However, orders placed on our website on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day, to arrive the following day. NB - A signature is required for this service.

Toys & Gifts

Some large or heavy items in the Toys & Gifts section are subject to a delivery surcharge of £6.00. These are indicated in the individual product listings. A price for overseas delivery can be provided for each order; simply email details of the goods you wish to order and we will provide you with a carriage cost.

Delivery to Overseas Addresses

Guide prices for a typical 2Kg parcel to overseas destinations are given below. When placing your order assume you will be charged according to this table. However if the weight of your order is significantly heavier we will contact you by E-mail to let you know the revised cost of sending the order to you and you can decide whether to proceed. NB - Because of erratic Swiss Customs charges we have stopped sending orders to Switzerland.
